These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Deskflow Systems Private Limited (“Deskflow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) CRM products and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Services.

1. Free Demo Account

We offer a Demo Account so you can evaluate our CRM and related services. No payment is taken for demo account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan you choose.
• All fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or levies.

4. Use of Services

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt our systems.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Deskflow. Our handling of data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made will not be refunded.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
